Summit Equine Nutrition is proud to sponsor Susan Treabess and her horses Moneypenny and Amigo.  Susan is a para-equestrian and she is hoping to represent the United States in para-dressage at the 2010 World Equestrian Games (WEG) in Kentucky with her horse Moneypenny (owned by Dan and Katy Peterson of Prundale CA).  Susan was born without her left hand but has ridden for most of her life competing in hunter jumpers and dressage.  She rides with a prosthesis up to her elbow and only recently decided to begin competing as a para-equestrian.  She and her horses are based in Winters California, and train with Ellen Eckstein as well as Steffen Peters the current dressage World Champion.

Moneypenny is a 15 year old Dutch warmblood mare by Rubinstein. She was successfully campagnied by her owner, breeder and trainer Katy Peterson through the FEI Prix St. George level. Moneypenny has also proven herself as a successful broodmare having had two fillies: a 6 year old by Idocus and a two year old by Sir Sinclair. Moneypenny currently competes at the FEI Para Dressage and Prix St. George levels.

Amigo (aka Adonis) is a five year old Dutch warmblood gelding by Juventus. Susan and her husband Scott Stanley purchased him from his breeder, Federica Beatrice of Somerset Farms in Winters CA as a 30 day old. Amigo is exceptionally talented and will be shown in 2010 in the FEI 5 yo classes.
